5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store. Subscription pricing and terms are displayed in the app before purchase.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund policies are governed by the respective app store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any Generated Content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all Generated Content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
